Upstairs, the bedroom is furnished with 2 platform beds. Heat for the camp is provided by 2 propane wall units, 1 on each level, with a glass-front woodstove as backup. A solar panel powers the battery for lights, and the camp is wired for a generator. Once you heat up water on the stove, head over to the shower shack, where you can enjoy a 10-minute shower and take care of other business. After a day of fishing, hiking up nearby Brosseau Mountain, or just exploring, you'll want to kick back on the covered front porch. Set on 1.12 acres, the camp is surrounded by nature, and as part of the Averill Recreational Camp Owners Association, you'll have access to a private sandy beach on 422-acre Great Averill Pond, as well as 200 acres of common land.
